This women's only, sweat inducing class combines hand weights and low-impact cardio
to target and tone major muscle groups, creating a full-body workout. You'll leave class
feeling energized and powerful.


TRAIN & STRETCH

Energetic class to increase strength & mobility, gaining stability and endurance in
everyday life and in active environments. The goal is to maintain overall balance in the
body's muscular system. Includes low-impact, full body movements w/ stretching &
modifications if needed. All classes challenge light cardio, balance & coordination.

Strengthen and sculpt your upper body with 12 strength stations focused on building
muscle and endurance. Finish strong with a cardio blast to boost your heart rate and

Wednesday & Friday Women's Lower Body Strength
Build strength and tone your lower body with 12-15 targeted strength stations, designed
to challenge and strengthen your legs and glutes. Each session ends with a core-focused
finisher to improve stability and balance. Perfect for all fitness levels!
