Hi everyone! I’ve been holding fitness classes here in Garrettsville for 14 years and currently teach the 9 AM Women’s Strength class. I’m at the gym Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM and always happy to help you learn the machines, answer questions, or stay on track with your goals.

 

I’m in my final semester of a dual degree in Psychology and Sport, Exercise, & Performance Psychology—a path I chose to better support people both mentally and physically on their health journeys. I also run accountability groups and have a passion for helping others live strong, balanced, healthy lives.

 

During COVID, I started a YouTube channel to help people stay active from home. You can still work out with me anytime by searching Angela Walstad on YouTube, and I plan to add more workouts once I graduate.

 

Originally from Mantua, I’ve spent the past 21 years here in Garrettsville raising my two greatest accomplishments—Bailey, who attends the University of Vermont, and Dawson, who is at Hiram College. When I’m not at the gym or helping others, you’ll usually find me at home studying or planning new
ways to serve our community’s wellness needs.

Hi! My name is Kristina! I live in Garrettsville with my husband and twin children. I enjoy coffee, fresh air, and reading anything and everything. Before kids, I was a musician and music teacher, and now I’m a stay-at home mom and a Pound Fitness instructor, which combines high energy music and the fun of
playing the drums!

Hi, my name is Rachel! I live in Garrettsville with my husband and one kiddo, with one on the way! I very much enjoy coffee, baking, being outdoors, and spending time with family as a stay-at-home mama. Over the last 10 years, I’ve tested out many different fitness styles, seeing which are beneficial in building strength, but also fun!

 

Strength in mobility is more than a workout — it’s a lifestyle! It’s to be enjoyed with people who share similar goals, while helping you to build strength, endurance, stability & stamina for every day life.

 

My goal in the future is to become a certified Pilates instructor, creating unique, tailored programs for everyone.

 

I can’t wait to meet you!
